Event Planner
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Event Planner. This individual will be responsible for the coordination of events and functions, including client liaison and dining operations.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the food and beverages/hospitality industry, knowledge of front of house service and room set ups, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in event management software is also required.

About the Role:
- Coordinate events and functions, including client liaison and dining operations
- Plan for functions and events, compiling run sheets, floorplans and managing invoicing
- Provide administration support to the site's management team
- Facilitate the smooth running of events
- Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback
Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of front of house service and room set ups
- Proficiency in event management software
