Job Overview

This leadership role requires a dynamic individual to lead the financial planning and business partnering function. The ideal candidate will provide expert strategic and commercial advice, guidance, and analysis to enhance operational and financial performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting activities, reviewing budgets, analyzing variances, and communicating key findings to senior leaders. They will also develop and maintain financial models for the business and executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support for budgeting and forecasting activities, including reviewing budgets, analyzing variances, and communicating key findings to senior leaders.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial models for the business and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Serve as the go-to for financial analysis, modelling, and business case development for Business Partners and senior leaders, supporting long-term growth forecasts.
  • Utilise predictive metrics and scenario modelling to identify early trends and risks, assessing potential impacts through collaboration with business experts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of professional work experience in FP&A, Finance & Accounting.
  • Experience preparing management, business and regulatory required reporting.
  • Leading and preparing financial reviews for Executive Leadership Team, providing insights on performance, outlook, and risks & opportunities.
  • Experience leading & developing long-term financial plans and strategies, providing insights into future financial performance.
  • Track record leading the preparation and submission of financial reports to key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • ERP systems experience (SAP preferred).
  • Business Analytics and Forecasting Tools.
