
Senior Financial Planning Professional

A prominent financial services company based in Canberra is seeking a seasoned Financial Planner to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with the Head of Advice who will provide ongoing training and support to help you grow into this role.
The practice has a diverse client base consisting of clients from various backgrounds and age groups, offering you a wide range of experiences and challenges. You will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality advice to clients in a compliant manner.
- Conducting client meetings and developing suitable strategies aligned with their financial objectives.
- Offering comprehensive advice across various areas including Superannuation & Retirement planning, Insurances, Wealth Creation with access to multiple platforms.
- Ensuring all final documented advice is accurate prior to presentation to the client and/or prospective client.
- Completing Client Reviews.
- Generating new business through existing clients and referral partners.
- Liaising with the Paraplanning team for technical research and strategy development.
- Maintaining your ongoing training requirements including CPD Points and attendance at PD days along with other training as required.

Requirements:
- Completed Provisional Year and AR Accredited.
- Closely completed relevant Tertiary qualification with successful completion of the FASEA exam.
- Strong technical skills across all areas of advice.
- Self-managed and able to meet agreed objectives.
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
- Team Player and able to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of Xplan desirable.
