About the Role:

As a Retail Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store senior leadership team and overseeing the daily operations of a designated department at Bunnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to the store senior leadership team and contribute to achieving business objectives
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including managing workflow, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation
  • Maintain open communication with team members, providing regular feedback and coaching opportunities
  • Support the store leadership team in achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall store performance

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Team Leader who has a proven track record of leading teams and driving business results. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong ability to coach and develop your team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

What We Offer:

Bunnings offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive training program.
