The role of Group Accounts Assistant in Brisbane requires an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to manage accounts mailboxes, handle inbound queries, set up new creditors, maintain subcontractor data and their insurances, handle subcontractor retentions and bank guarantees, assist with accounts enquiries, and perform ad hoc accounts administration tasks directed by the Accounts Manager.

Requirements:
  • Experience with software such as Jobpac or similar project trust accounting systems is highly desirable but not essential for this position.
  • Strong reliability and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team of 7 is vital.
