Job Title: Residential Facilities Specialist
Position Overview:This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend duties, and weekly pay.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances to ensure functionality and resident satisfaction.
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of residential facilities.
- Collaborate with management and other team members to address maintenance needs.
- 1+ year of experience in handyman/maintenance work, specifically in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care.
- Owning a set of basic hand tools is required.
- Reliable transportation to and from facilities is necessary.
- Able to work independently and follow a standard Monday-Friday schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
