Role Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Clarinda centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to our children, while working closely with our Centre Director and other staff members to achieve outstanding outcomes.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new, purpose-built centre located near public transport and schools, offering on-site parking and a range of benefits. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise through ongoing professional development, supported by our experienced Centre Director with over 20 years of industry experience.

Key Responsibilities: As an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart Clarinda, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality education and care to our children
  • Developing and implementing engaging educational programs
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check
