Early Childhood Educator

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic casual teaching pool at Tradewind Australia. As a Casual Early Childhood Teacher, you will have the flexibility to work on your own terms while making a real difference in the lives of young children.
**About the Role**
This role is all about providing top-notch care and education to young people. You will be responsible for engaging with children in meaningful play-based learning activities, implementing and contributing to the development of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, and assessing and providing feedback on student progress as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with children in meaningful play-based learning activities.
- Implement and contribute to the development of educational programs that are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A fully completed ACEQUA Recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Current VIT for Early Childhood Teaching (or ability to obtain)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Do Food Safely Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood (or willingness to obtain)
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
**Salary & Benefits**
The salary for this role is dependent on experience and is above industry standard rates. You will also have access to competitive casual hourly and daily rates, no joining fees, professional development opportunities, flexible working hours to suit your availability, and above award rates paid.
