About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Caulfield, a new centre with a modern and home-like environment inspired by nature. As an educator, you will be working alongside a Centre Director with 15 years of industry experience and a team that values relationships, respect, cultural diversity, and inclusion.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, which is at least 5% above the award rate. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check
