Job Title:
Retention Marketing ProfessionalWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retention Marketing Professional. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving customer retention and growth through the execution of effective email and lifecycle campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating creative assets, building and deploying campaigns, and automating emails for loyalty and retention initiatives. You will also maintain campaign documentation, QA processes, and summarise results to inform ongoing improvements.
As a key member of the Commercial, E-commerce team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication skills to support the smooth delivery of campaigns. We're looking for a proactive and meticulous executor who can apply an analytical and test-and-learn mindset to improve performance and inform optimisation.
