Nissan is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as a Settlements Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring retail contracts are accurately checked and settled prior to activating funds to dealers.
You will work closely with internal sales staff and external business partners on day-to-day operations. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service to dealer networks and promote a positive message with a proactive attitude.
- Evaluate and ensure all customer documentation is approved and compliant with regulations, legislation, and policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive business efficiency continually.
- Ensure timely completion of daily transactions and provide corrective action where necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Development Managers and Account Managers, to review and settle transactions efficiently.
- Support stakeholders with post-settlement queries and issues.
- Foster a culture of best practice by maintaining high attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Promote high performance results within the team.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance, services, or regulated environments.
- A customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and adaptability is required.
- A degree qualification is preferred.
