Wholesale Account Professional
We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Professional to manage key wholesale accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
This role involves growing relationships, executing strategy, and delivering commercial results. You will be the frontline connection between our organisation and retail partners - helping maximise sell-in and sell-through performance, while representing our brand with pride.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts: Build strong, long-term partnerships across ANZ.
- Act as the primary contact, delivering exceptional service and ensuring alignment with account goals and commercial objectives.
- Lead seasonal range planning & sell-in: Partner with accounts to plan seasonal assortments, present new collections, and drive sell-in opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our brand and product strategy, while supporting accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
- Maximise sell-through performance: Monitor in-season performance, identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate with accounts on promotional activity, merchandising, and in-store initiatives.
- Analyse data & inform strategy: Track sales trends, account performance, and order patterns to inform business decisions.
- Provide insights to internal stakeholders and proactively address underperformance, ensuring accounts deliver against targets.
- Coordinate & champion the brand: Work cross-functionally with product, planning, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order delivery and operational excellence.
- Represent our organisation at meetings, training sessions, and trade shows, ensuring a premium brand experience at every touchpoint.
Your Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years' experience in wholesale account management, sales, or similar - ideally in sporting goods, apparel, or retail.
- A proven track record of growing accounts in the ANZ market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and act on sales trends.
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sport and performance apparel is a significant advantage.
