We are seeking an experienced Vendor Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing vendor network that aligns with our company's values and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure optimal commercial and service outcomes, resolve conflicts, and drive network optimization through contract execution.
In addition, you will champion safety compliance and environmental standards within our vendor network.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a high-performing vendor network aligned with company pillars of Safety, Service, and Cost.
• Analyze and negotiate optimal commercial and service outcomes.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site/vendor visits to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Drive network optimization and formalize agreements through contract execution.
• Champion safety compliance and environmental standards.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Experience in the waste or recycling industry.
