This role presents an exciting chance to take ownership of P&C operations, partner with leaders and subcontractors, drive compliance and training, and focus on longer term strategic priorities.
We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team in Brisbane, Melbourne or North Sydney. In this newly created position, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day P&C operations, including workforce planning, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent profiling.
You will guide and coach leaders on performance management and P&C best practices. Additionally, you'll engage with subcontractors to ensure they feel supported and valued.
Balancing operational tasks with longer term strategic plans is key to success in this role. If you have a strong grasp of end-to-end P&C operations and can build strong relationships with various stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior P&C Business Partner to join our team in a newly created role. This position offers a unique opportunity to bring structure, alignment, and leadership to our P&C operations.
The successful candidate will take ownership of P&C processes and drive real impact. They will partner with Operations Managers and leaders to ensure compliance, training, and alignment with policies.
