Offering the below BENEFITS:

- FULL TIME RATE – $80 to $85 Full time + 11.5% Super on all hours

- ROSTER – 2 and 1, 2 and 2, 8 and 6 - open to discussion

- DAYSHIFT ONLY – Due to the nature of this position within our team

- SITE LOCATION – Goldfields Mine Site's

- FIFO LOCATION – WA to SITE

- ON-SITE ACCOMODATION – Gym / Wet and dry Mess

- FORTNIGHTLY PAYS – Smooth transition into the role

- REFER A MATE PROGRAM – Enjoy working with your mates? How about getting paid $5k for each one you refer

What your day looks like:

· Applying your technical expertise supporting a structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet

· Be a hands-on mentor – upskill and guide the on-site maintenance team with your deep knowledge and practical experience

· Work closely with site supervisors to lift team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards

· Drive frontline performance and reliability improvements where your input makes a real impact

What we'll need from you:

· 5+ years post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi. (As listed below)

· Australian National Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter Trade Qualification OR Auto Electrician trade cert

· Experience in either a Field Service or Leading Hand Role would suit well

· Friendly communication skills with a focus on the team and company culture
