Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled concrete production professional to join our mobiles team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant and ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements.
  • Operate a front-end loader and monitor automated controls to ensure correct batching proportions.
  • Communicate with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete and coordinate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules.
  • Monitor all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required.

Driving Responsibilities:

  • Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment and load/deliver concrete to customers.
  • Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck.

Key Requirements:

  • Holds a HR or HC Driver's Licence - essential.
  • Agitator truck experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
  • Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional work ethic and customer service oriented attitude.
  • High regard for safety policies and procedures.
