We are seeking a skilled Claims professional to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our clients.

As Assistant Head of Claims, you will be responsible for managing a team of 9 and working closely with the head of claims to ensure seamless operations.

You will work on various projects, including introducing a quality assurance framework, managing a small portfolio of claims, and understanding policing wording.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of claims professionals
  • Implementing a performance and Quality Assurance framework
  • Driving a proactive risk culture across the division
  • Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for team members

Requirements include:

  • 5 years' experience working within a senior claim assessing role within insurance
  • Natural leadership abilities
  • Quality and continuous improvement experience
