We're seeking a seasoned Claims Advocate to join our National Professional & Financial Lines team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex financial lines claims, including professional indemnity, directors and officers, cyber, employment practices liability, and statutory liability claims.
  • Act as clients' trusted consultants and advocates, advising on notifications of circumstances and claims.
  • Analyze policy coverage and provide expert advice.
  • Proactively coordinate claims with insurers.
  • Advocate positions on behalf of clients, resolving coverage issues.
  • Assess legal exposure and quantum, liaising with defence counsel and insurers on strategy and defence of the claim.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial lines insurance claims, litigation, and insurance law.
  • Bachelor's degree in law preferred.
  • Skilled in policy coverage analysis.
  • Strong technical and advocacy skills.
