
Claims Management Director

The successful candidate will possess a growth mindset and exhibit a results-driven leadership style, driving team performance and delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Lead a team of experienced case managers to achieve best-in-market claims performance.
- BUILD strong professional relationships with clients and drive business growth through effective team management.
- Align key performance indicators (KPIs) and undertake quality assurance and audits to ensure excellence.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance processes and improve working methods.
About the Role:
- Provide guidance and support to senior/case managers, fostering a positive team culture and ensuring alignment with the business's claims strategies.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive success and support business objectives.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of workers compensation principles and extensive knowledge within litigated/exempt claims.
- Experience in a leadership role or secondment experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent client service and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- A collaborative approach, with a passion for working with others and being a role model for your team and the wider organization.
