Reservation Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Making and amending bookings in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing group bookings, including quotes, contracts, and payments
- Liaising with new potential guests, group agents, or companies to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest services
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in reservations or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
