**About the role**:
The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing reservations, enquiries, and cancellations across multiple venues in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner, quoting available packages to maximise seating revenue according to restaurant standards. This position must also be able to answer questions, provide information about our menus, and ensure a smooth reservation experience.

**The successful applicants will**:

- Have 1 years' experience working in hospitality or a call centre environment
- Have experience with hospitality reservation systems (advantageous)
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a professional, upbeat, and friendly personality
- Have well-developed communication skills, with the ability to relate well to a large and diverse group of people.
- Available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including nights and weekends.

**Salary**: $32.73 - $45.82 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
