Job Title: Reservations Coordinator

As a Reservations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for handling reservations and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a seamless booking process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing guest bookings, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Providing detailed information on room types, rates, packages, and amenities to assist guests in selecting their ideal stay.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensuring special requests and preferences are noted and communicated effectively to relevant departments.
  • Collaborating with the front office and other relevant departments to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Demonstrating a guest-centric approach with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of different shift times.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and familiarity with reservations software is an advantage.
  • A positive and professional manner, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
