**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Reservations Coordinator to join our team. As a Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately recording reservation information, responding to all queries in a professional and friendly manner, and ensuring that all reservations and enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in reservations or front office, and will be proficient in Opera. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
