Remote Village Operations Manager

A rare opportunity to work at our remote mining village in South Australia has arisen.

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our village operations, including catering and cleaning services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent operational performance, focusing on quality, cost, people capability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage village operations, including catering and cleaning services
- Maintain consistent operational performance
- Drive regular and sustainable improvements in safety performance

Requirements:
- Experience in village or relief management in remote settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build effective, engaged teams
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines
- Financial and analytical skills in budgeting and resource allocation, preferably in remote or offshore sectors
- Ability to implement innovations within facilities management, hospitality, or hotel services
- Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and workforce management
