Job Description

As the Village Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our village's business functions.

You will oversee the coordination of financial, administrative, and procurement activities, support a diverse community, manage key business tasks, supervise administrative staff, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient service and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a collaborative culture prioritizing resident-centric service aligned with our organization's vision, mission, and values.
  • Partner with the Village General Manager to manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and alignment with operational models.
  • Manage resident billing processes, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee administrative functions, generate reports, and track business KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to retirement living operations.
