Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment, showcasing strong leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes.
  • Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and delivering operational improvement projects, driving strategic growth.
