Flights, accommodation, and meals provided ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organizations operating in remote sites, including gold mines and coal fields.
We offer vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Village Manager to work at our remote mining village in South Australia.
Key Details8 days on / 6 days off roster, overlapping with another manager on the same roster12-hour days with accommodation on site Flights provided from Adelaide The Positions Manage Village Operations, including catering and cleaning services Maintain consistent operational performance, focusing on quality, cost, people capability, and performance Drive regular and sustainable improvements in safety performance Foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation Engage and develop staff, demonstrating trust, care, and respect Offer attractive salary packages, with flights, meals, and accommodation included The Person Experience in Village or Relief Management in remote settings Strong leadership skills with the ability to build effective, engaged teams Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines Financial and analytical skills in budgeting and resource allocation, preferably in remote or offshore sectors Ability to implement innovations within facilities management, hospitality, or hotel services Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and workforce management Chef qualifications and proven management experience in hospitality are desirable White card for site entry is required; forklift license is highly desirable The Benefits Join a global organization with robust support, infrastructure, systems, and processes.
