Job Title

As a hospitality relief pool team member, you will utilize your diverse skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional client experiences in our village.

Our village provides essential comforts such as hot meals, clean beds, and freshly laundered workwear to remote workers.

The RoleCleaning Services
  • Ensure cleanliness of premises and equipment
  • Perform thorough cleaning of external surfaces including handwashing, spraying, rinsing, scraping, spot cleaning, or squeegeeing
  • Clean window coverings and walls
  • Dust hard surfaces
  • Conduct basic stain removal and polish fixtures and fittings
  • Remove waste
  • Wipe, scrub, and/or disinfect hard surfaces (e.g., sinks, countertops, toilets, etc)
Front of House:
  • Provide excellent customer service at the bar and retail area
  • Maintain clean and tidy dining/kitchen areas
  • Keep public areas clean and organized
  • Clean and sanitize equipment
  • Ensure tables and surrounds are clean
  • Handle waste and linen efficiently
  • Receive and rotate stock effectively
  • Replenish supplies in dining areas
The Ideal Candidate
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Full Australian Driver's License
  • Ability to endure remote environments and weather conditions
  • Ability to multitask and assist in other areas with a positive teamwork approach
  • Ability to work 11-hour shifts and day or night shifts as required
