Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Strategist to spearhead our Australian operations. This key role will oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, consistency, and impact of our Human Resources function.

About the Role:

  • This individual will lead comprehensive audits of existing HR policies and identify areas for improvement and compliance risks.
  • They will collaborate with Payroll and Finance teams to review current allowance structures and develop standardized options.
  • The successful candidate will review employee benefits and entitlements across the business and design harmonized benefit structures.
  • Mappings of the current end-to-end employee lifecycle and development of streamlined models from attraction to exit will be conducted.
  • Evaluation of performance management practices and tools and development of fit-for-purpose frameworks will also be part of the responsibilities.
  • Implementation of global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution will be ensured.
  • Compliance with applicable external and internal regulations will be ensured by this individual.

About You:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in roles such as HR Operations, Policy, or Transformation.
  • You possess a solid understanding of Australian employment law and compliance standards.
  • You have demonstrated experience leading HR improvement or harmonization initiatives in complex business environments.
