Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources programs, policies, processes, and procedures within their portfolio. They will ensure that human resources programs/initiatives are aligned to business objectives and the global people strategy to attract, retain, and reward employees.

The role will involve partnering with managers to provide strategic and operational HRM and ER advice and counsel. It will also require contributing to the effective and proactive engagement of employees through clearly communicating and implementing HR initiatives and effectively managing grievances and/or investigations.

Under general supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices.
