Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for growth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new talent members into our community, ensuring they feel supported during their assignments.
  • Community Benefits: Help drive the various benefits of the Community, including training, engagement, and volunteering opportunities.
  • Talent Management: Work closely with our Talent team to ensure seamless integration of new talent members into our community.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Slack, G-Suite, and Greenhouse (or other ATS systems) is advantageous.
