Role Overview

The Finance Administrator - Hotel and Events is a key member of the Skycity Entertainment Group team, responsible for the administration of the Hotel, Spa, and Events business units. This role involves managing accounts receivable, month-end reporting, and financial analysis to ensure the smooth operation of these business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel complimentary accounts, debtor's ledger, and deposit accounts
  • Reconcile hotel commissions and complete accounting tasks
  • Assist in the production of monthly financial statements
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by reviewing outputs and providing recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • CPA/CA qualification or working towards it
  • Experience in finance or accounting support role
  • Proficiency in Opera, ERP, and budgeting/forecasting systems
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical abilities
