
Senior Business Development Specialist

This is a key position for an experienced professional to support business growth in Australia.
As a vital member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing existing customer relationships, as well as prospecting for new ones to expand business opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
- Prospect for new customers and identify new accounts and contacts to expand business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development plans to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed business goals for the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Prepare and present business plans, reports, and product solution documents to customers.
- Manage time and sales activities to maximize face-to-face time with customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
- Technical knowledge and practical solution-selling experience in chromatography and/or mass spectrometry.
- Experience in a laboratory setting with a background in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener.
