
Senior Retirement Village Director

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership position that requires an individual with exceptional management skills, experience in retirement living, and the ability to drive business outcomes.
- As Regional Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction, service delivery, and operational performance of our retirement villages across Northern NSW region.
- You will work closely with the General Manager - Retirement Living to ensure high levels of performance across people management, resident and community relations, risk management, and quality.
- The ideal candidate will have significant senior management experience in a retirement living or aged care setting, sound financial management skills, and extensive knowledge of legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing village budgets;
- Leading high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and objective-setting;
- Driving a customer-focused culture and ensuring excellent resident relations;
- Maintaining assets through effective collaboration with property teams;
- Monitoring and measuring operational financial and operating performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Senior management experience in retirement living, aged care, or healthcare;
- Sound financial management and performance skills;
- Extensive knowledge of legislative requirements;
- Highly developed leadership and influence skills;
- Proven ability to foster high-quality relationships with teams and stakeholders;
- Well-developed people management skills, including performance management;
- Current Australian working rights and a National Police Clearance Check.
