• Experience in retirement living, property management, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with empathy, resilience, and communication.
• Solid knowledge of budget management, compliance, and work health & safety.
• Confidence with technology and systems supporting daily operations and reporting.
• A genuine passion for helping people live well, balancing resident needs and business goals.
