About the Role

Village managers play a pivotal role in creating a safe, supported, and welcoming environment for residents. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retirement living villages.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians, helping them live independently and with dignity. As a village manager, you will provide respectful and person-centered service to residents, supporting their wellbeing, independence, and sense of connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents
  • Supporting residents' physical and emotional needs
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless village operations
  • Managing records and correspondence using our systems
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive village culture
What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a warm and welcoming personality. Experience in retirement living or a related field is highly regarded, but not essential.
