Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our Product Development team. This rewarding role will involve supporting the ongoing development of our award-winning home designs.

  • Accurately model new house designs in software such as ArchiCAD
  • Produce detailed documentation for use by internal teams and stakeholders
  • Employ critical analysis to improve design and documentation quality
  • Liaise with designers to ensure effective and efficient product development
  • Maintain existing library of building modules and master plans
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum educational qualification in Diploma of Building Design or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and downstream impacts of design modifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in architectural drafting within the residential sector
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience with software such as ArchiCAD is preferred but not essential
