Job Title: Design Evolution Specialist

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in building design and construction processes to support the evolution of our home designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Model new house designs in software such as ArchiCAD
  • Produce detailed documentation for internal departments
  • Critical analysis to improve design and documentation quality
  • Liaise with designers and maintain existing library of modules and master plans

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma of Building Design or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes
  • Downstream impacts of design modifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Architectural Drafting within residential home design sector
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively under pressure
