Job Opportunity

This role offers the chance to contribute to the creation of innovative home designs as part of a dynamic Product Development team.

Responsibilities
  • Create and refine house designs using ArchiCAD software
  • Develop detailed documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Analyse and improve design and documentation quality
  • Collaborate with designers to enhance product development efficiency
  • Maintain and update an extensive library of ArchiCAD modules and master plans
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant building codes and Australian Standards
Requirements
  • Diploma in Building Design or equivalent qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and downstream effects of design changes
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Architectural Drafting within residential home design
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle pressure
  • Prior ArchiCAD experience advantageous but not essential
