Product Design Specialist

Our team focuses on creating beautiful, innovative designs that meet the evolving needs of Australian homeowners. As a Product Design Specialist, you will be an integral part of this process, supporting the development of new house designs, documentation and product evolution.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with designers and internal stakeholders. You will have experience in architectural drafting, preferably with ArchiCAD, and be knowledgeable about construction processes and relevant building codes.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. Your time management skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum educational qualification in Diploma of Building Design or equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and downstream impacts of design modifications;
  • Minimum 2 years' Architectural Drafting experience within the residential home design sector;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Previous ArchiCAD experience preferred but not essential.
