Housekeeping Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure guest satisfaction in multiple locations across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of housekeeping operations to maintain high hotel standards
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, promoting performance and productivity
  • Work on a rotating roster when required
  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Maintain excellent grooming and presentation standards
Requirements:
  • Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum two years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a 4 or 5-star environment
  • Strong leadership skills, staff management ability, and knowledge of workplace safety policies and responsibilities
