We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping teams in multiple locations across Australia. The role is pivotal to the success of our hotels, involving the management of all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel standards.

About You:

  • ">
  • Demonstrate strong Leadership skills: Drive team performance and productivity from the front line.">
  • Be available to work on a rotating roster when required.">
  • Possess full Australian working rights.">
  • Have excellent grooming and personal presentation standards.">
  • Show strong management and organizational abilities.">
  • Have experience managing staff, including recruitment, development, rostering, and performance improvement.">
  • Have a solid understanding of workplace safety policies and responsibilities.">
  • Possess experience managing room counts, payroll, and daily compliance with the Hospitality Industry General award.">
  • Be familiar with outsourcing processes (Highly desirable)">

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Hold a minimum of a Diploma level qualification in hospitality management or related field.">
  • Have at least two years of work experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star environment.">

  • Knowledge and experience in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping procedures in accordance with client expectations and industry regulations.">
  • Experience in managing staff performance, including training, development, and work allocation.">
  • Excellent time management skills.">
