About the Role

This key leadership position oversees the delivery of housekeeping, catering, and environmental services. Your focus will be on ensuring that patients, staff, service providers, and visitors experience exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective staff rosters and manage leave efficiently
  • Optimize resource allocation to meet operational needs
  • Ensure daily completion of cleaning tasks and related environmental services adhere to policies, procedures, and schedules
  • Assist with laundry/linen and waste services management
  • Provide guidance, direction, and training to staff members
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness, restocking, and storage

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and great interpersonal abilities. Self-motivation, hands-on approach, and willingness to work across rotating shifts are essential.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospital cleaning services
  • Previous Team Leader experience in Housekeeping/Cleaning/Catering/Environmental Services desirable
