**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping teams in multiple locations across Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and lead the housekeeping team to drive performance and productivity
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily housekeeping tasks
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field
  • At least two years of work experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on a rotating roster when required
