Job Title: Coordinated Access Manager

The coordinated access system is a vital component of the municipality's strategy to address homelessness. As the manager of this system, you will play a key role in bringing together organizations that serve individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the governance committee, ensuring proper representation and timely decision-making. You will also work with stakeholders to examine and accomplish the objectives laid out in the Reaching Home Coordinated Access Guide.

In addition to your coordination duties, you will be responsible for implementing HIFIS and ensuring compliance among primary users. You will also create visual materials and troubleshoot issues as needed.

You will work on several key initiatives, including creating a system map of services for homeless populations, setting up data management policies, and ensuring data privacy and safety.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You must have a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability, as well as an understanding of servant leadership and community-centricity.
