It's crucial to ensure containers don't end up in our oceans, streets, or landfill. Our reverse vending technology enables the collection of used drink containers, giving them the best chance of being turned back into containers again.

Job Description

The central point of contact will oversee key systems within our organization. This includes ERP, CRM, project management tools, back-office platforms, and customer-facing portals. The role ensures system usage aligns with company policy, is secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.

  • Act as the primary liaison between local operations and Group IT to define responsibilities, manage escalations, and align on governance practices.
  • Manage the ERP-project by consulting with all users of the system, reporting to the Steering Committee, identifying assessment criteria, and acting as the main point of contact with the Global ERP team.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships in line with global policies, ensuring service levels and compliance requirements are met.

This position requires at least 4 years of experience in systems coordination, IT operations, or digital governance. Ideally, you have worked in a multi-stakeholder or matrixed organisation. Qualifications in information systems, business systems, computer science, or a related field are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Management: Oversee the ERP-project, collaborating with users to identify needs and implement solutions.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance and service level agreements are met.
  • System Governance: Ensure system usage aligns with company policy and adheres to industry standards.
