We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to coordinate and control engineering works for the ACEREZ D&C project.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship on and off-site, while driving a commitment to quality standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure projects are completed safely, on-schedule, and within budget.
  • Prioritize and manage outstanding defects, non-conformances, and initiate corrective actions promptly.
  • Evaluate high-risk activities, assess safety and environmental issues, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and resource management, ensuring effective project delivery and adherence to performance targets.
  • Monitor and control documentation flow, conduct team meetings, and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Supervise and coordinate resource allocation, fostering teamwork and ensuring all project participants meet contract requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, along with 8+ years of experience in construction of infrastructure projects. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Project Engineer role is also necessary. Relevant leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of HS&E requirements are essential. The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office Package and knowledgeable in budgeting and planning software.
