Infrastructure Finance Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic and financial advice on complex, large-scale infrastructure projects across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role

You will be involved in the full lifecycle of major infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on public-private partnerships (PPPs), greenfield development, and project refinancing. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial and commercial structuring services for infrastructure and energy projects
  • Supporting clients through bid processes and procurement strategies
  • Delivering debt advisory services and capital structuring solutions
  • Working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to manage transactions from inception through to financial close
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the advisory platform

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated infrastructure finance professional who brings:

  • 7–10 years' experience in infrastructure advisory, project finance, or corporate finance
  • Strong knowledge of sectors such as transport, energy (including renewables), utilities, or social infrastructure
  • A successful track record of supporting complex transactions, ideally on both greenfield and brownfield assets
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • A client-focused mindset and confidence working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
