This is a senior management position responsible for leading high-voltage substation projects, managing the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Leadership: Oversee all project phases, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to completion.
  • Substation Expertise: Extensive experience with high-voltage substation projects is essential, particularly within the 33kV–330kV range.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main client liaison, building strong partnerships and ensuring project requirements are met.
  • Team and Resource Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams and effectively allocate resources to achieve high-quality outcomes on schedule.
  • Cost and Safety Oversight: Maintain strict cost control and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in high-voltage substation project management (132kV+), with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on client engagement and resource coordination.
  • Strong project management, cost control, and regulatory compliance experience.
