Regional Operations Manager

Seeking a seasoned operations leader to provide strategic support for venue teams across regional Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure hotel compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  2. Analyze and report on key performance indicators for continuous improvement of hotel operations
  3. Manage financial resources, analyzing data and monitoring sales and revenue
  4. Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to enhance the hotel's services
  5. Handle operational issues, staff shortages, equipment maintenance, renovations, etc.

The following skills and qualifications are essential:

  1. Current management certification, liquor licensing, gaming nominee, RSA, and RSG
  2. Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication
  3. High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
  4. Availability to work hospitality hours
  5. Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work independently
  6. Thorough understanding of profit and loss management
  7. Management experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments
